As the editor of this site, most of the bad news concerning cybercafes comes from China and India.

I was just collecting news at this very moment when I stumbled on one specific news about India investing money, I mean a lot of money, to be able to open cybercafes along their endless railway system. I have to read 2 times the article to believe it!

India really like to flip a coin! Sometimes they are going to give hard time to cybercafes, closing them, more restrictions, cameras outside of the cybercafes, and again, fliping the coin, let's invest bunch of money to make available hundreds of cybercafes along their railway system by 2008!
